Dr Dayana Chaskar is the creator of the ESG Dojo framework. She holds a PhD from Kyoto University, where her research revealed that organisations with strong cultural alignment between ESG values and internal behaviours adopted sustainability practices up to three times faster than those relying on policy alone. She is an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst and PROSCI Change Practitioner with 20+ years of practice across 48 nationalities.
